We Can’t Wait to See You and Your Child!
Welcome to G&G Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Lake Zurich! We’re currently accepting new patients, and our team looks forward to welcoming you and your family. To ensure you and your children are ready for your first appointment, we invite you to review the following information. You’ll find details regarding your child’s first visit, new patient paperwork, dental insurance, and flexible financing, as well as how to enroll in our in-house membership program. Your Child’s First Visit
As soon as you and your child arrive, you’ll be greeted by our staff; we’ll even have a board out front with your child’s name on it to welcome them warmly to our office! From there, a member of our clinical team will then escort you and your little one to a treatment room where digital X-rays will be taken, and a gentle exam and cleaning will be performed. Depending on the nature of your child’s treatment, Dr. Cory or Dr. Nicole will come in to review any findings, discuss treatment plans, and answer any questions you and your child might have. At the end, your child will receive various goodies as well as a swag bag filled with neat dental hygiene accessories!
Online Patient Forms
Once you schedule your child’s consultation, one of our friendly team members will send you a link to the online forms, which you can now fill out entirely online! Completing these online forms will save you and our team time during your first appointment.
Dental Insurance
We’re proudly insurance-friendly and accept plans from most major PPO insurance plans. Make sure to bring your dental insurance information with you to your child’s appointment. We’ll be sure to go over the details of your policy to identify ways you can save on your child’s visit and/or treatment!
Zero Interest Financing
For those without dental insurance, as well as treatments that might not be covered by your plan or treatments you cannot pay for upfront, we’re pleased to partner with CareCredit financing. This third-party financer offers payment plans with low interest, flexible windows, and no surprise fees, meaning that financial stress is one less thing you’ll have on your mind concerning your child’s care.
In-House Discount Plan
We’re also proud to offer an in-house discount plan to help make your family’s care more affordable. We’ll work to create a plan that fits within your budget and preferences; just ask our team for additional information.
